Return and Refund Policy

PVC Ceiling Panels and PVC Cornice:

Returns:

All PVC Ceilings are non-returnable (custom sizes and stock). All sales of PVC ceiling panels are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you order the correct sizes and quantities.

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged upon delivery by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during delivery by third-party courier services.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to lodge a claim in such cases.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued after the PVC Ceiling panels have been inspected and found to be damaged due to a factory fault.
All refund claims are subject to a quality inspection by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd to verify the cause of the damage.

SPC Flooring:

Returns:

All SPC Flooring purchases are final and non-returnable. Products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
We strongly advise confirming all measurements and quantities prior to placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Refunds:

Refunds for SPC Flooring will only be considered in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
All refund claims are subject to inspection and approval by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd, and must be supported by valid proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.

Artificial Grass:

Returns:

Returns on artificial grass are not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
All claims must be supported by proof of defect and are subject to inspection by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.

Refunds:

Refunds for artificial grass will only be issued in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
All refund claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.

Polystyrene Cornices:

Returns:

Returns on Polystyrene Cornices are not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
All claims must be supported by proof of defect and are subject to inspection by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.

Refunds:

Refunds on Polystyrene Cornices will only be issued in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
All refund claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.

Décor Products:

Décor products include the following: Wall Slats, Zebra Blinds, 3D Wall Art, Polyurethane Cladding, Artificial Plants, LED Lights, 3D Peel and Stick wall stickers, Marble Foam Wall Stickers, Upholstered Headboards, Bamboo Charcoal Boards, Translucent Marble boards and silicon (cornice adhesive)

Returns on Décor Products are not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
All claims must be supported by proof of defect and are subject to inspection by E Designs & Installations (PTY) Ltd.
